President and CEO Kevin Mederos knows construction and leadership. In merging these two passions, he founded Momentous Construction and Development. Growing up his uncle and father, owners of Affordable Home and Remodeling, exposed him to the construction process for as long as he can remember, which still resonates in him today. Shortly after graduating high school, he joined the Unites States Marine Corps. where he first learned the skills and traits needed to be a leader during his time serving our armed forces. After completing his service, he pursued a Business Degree in Florida International University where he graduated before making the move to start Momentous Construction and Development. All while holding an active Real Estate License in the state of Florida and Public Adjuster License.
